Affordable Housing at Dwell85
Dwell85 offers a limited number of affordable apartment homes through an income-qualified housing program in partnership with SEB Housing. The apartments are identical in finish to the market rate apartments and provide opportunities for income qualified households to benefit from a high-quality living experience at a reduced rental rate.
Who Qualifies?
- Household income must fall within program limits based on household size
- All income sources are considered and confirmed
- Must meet standard leasing qualifications (credit, background, etc.)
How the Process Works
1. Join the Waiting List
2. Complete Lease Application
3. Submit Affordable Housing Application with documentation
4. Receive eligibility approval from SEB Housing
What You’ll Need to Apply
- Income verification (pay stubs, tax returns, etc)
- Asset documentation
- Household information for all occupants
Additional Information
- Rents are set annually and not based on individual income
- Utilities may vary by unit size
- Section 8 and other vouchers are accepted
