it was nice living here, the apartments are very uo to date and the staff was all very nice. I wish that the trash rooms were open though. but great besides that

I have loved living here at Dwell 85! The events are always a blast and you can not beat the walk to campus. I wish that the rooms were not double occupancy but other than that I have loved living at Dwell 85.

I honestly love this place. I know I have a home to go to every night. Everyone who works here is amazing. They have helped me with a lot since I've moved in. I would definitely recommend it to other people

Living at dwell has been an amazing experience. The place is designed for students and young professionals looking for a quiet and cozy place . Also, free wifi and free coffee , it doesn’t get better than that!

2 yr old Complex, assigned parking, furnished, secure building w/concierge (Amazon ? ), maintenance/Mgt on-site, everything in walking distance; what can beat that? NOTHING!!!
I get reviews are subjective, everyone has their own experiences based on experiences; exactly why you look at these as a whole and not parts. Mgt/maintenance is a big part of it. Speaking as a realtor I’ve seen, exp and heard it all and remember we get out of life what we put into it. The world is hard and things can always be worse but I’m grateful for Dwell85. Dwell85 has “shared living” and what we needed in the nick of time; not having prior experience with such is scary but now almost 3 months in we’re still grateful. Thank you Tracey or it wouldn’t be the positive outcome.
Dwell85 & their Team (Tracey, Lanosky, & Gabe) are great. There wouldn’t be the new career, amazing job, independence, friends & experiences without it and we hope this for other’s looking for the same. Dwell85 exceeds our expectations. Thank you.

Ive found every thing great so far very responsive staff the one thing that was odd at first was that they rent per bed and for the average 2 bedroom apt there is 4 beds since this apartment is catered to students if you dont rent the whole area youd have some roommates, but havent had a bad experience yet and i hope it stays like that

Dwell is very homey and comfortable . I love how everything is so modern and new , makes me feel like i’m living lavish! 10/10 recommend!!! just fix the trash shoot and get more guest parking
